Companies are responsible for confirming that each engagement meets applicable independent contractor classification requirements.

Meet Holly

Holly has spent more than 14 years placing talent for fast-growing and venture-backed companies across the United States and Europe.

She began her career in London and helped open her firm's first US office in 2016, focused on high-growth technology, media, and e-commerce companies. She later joined Quibi during its rapid expansion before founding Whole Collective in 2022.

Holly has placed executives, functional leaders, operators, and fractional talent across nearly every part of a business. She looks past the résumé to understand how someone thinks, works, communicates, and fits a company's culture.

She works closely with founders building purpose-driven companies, pairing deep search experience with a trusted global network.
